ABOUT ME
dsgnmind.com | thoughts + things is the web presence for me, Bill Furman, NCIDQ
For 25 (professional and higher-ed) years, I've been designing, making, and thinking about the big 'D' word DESIGN and the small 'd' word, discipline. This (randomly updated) place on the web is a small sampling of my professional and academic efforts.
Currently: Faculty Kitchen and Bath Design Program at Century College. Previously: Senior Lecturer, Washington State University, Pullman, WA; Director of Interior Architecture + Design / Associate Professor of Design, Queens University of Charlotte, Charlotte, NC; Assistant Professor of Design, Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC; Interim Director of Interior Design, Raffles Design Institute, Colombo, Sri Lanka; Faculty Associate, Arizona State University.
